8. Data Processing for Photo Assignments & Online Galleries

For photo assignments, we process:

  • Name, address, contact details
  • Where applicable, information about the location, process, and date of the shoot
  • Where applicable, image material containing personal references (e.g., portraits)

This data is used exclusively for the purpose of contract fulfilment, communication, and image delivery. The storage period is up to 7 years (statutory retention obligation).

Online Galleries (wfolio.com)

To deliver images, we use the platform wfolio.com (operator: Wfolio Sp. z o.o., Poland). Images are shared via password-protected links. According to the operator, the service is GDPR-compliant and hosts data within the EU. According to their privacy policy, no data is shared with third parties without your consent.
